Job Summary
Senior Product Designer – Marketplace, Global App will own the end-to-end design process for ticketing experiences across a globally distributed mobile app team. You will collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to translate long-term vision and strategic goals into compelling design solutions, generate storyboards and prototypes, conduct usability research, QA deliveries against design specifications, and leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration and collaboration. You will work on information architecture, interaction design, and visual design for a high-traffic, B2C e-commerce mobile product, contribute to pattern libraries and design systems, and engage in design storytelling to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough grounding in digital product design including UX design, interface design, mobile app design, and interaction design
- Proven hands-on experience in a working environment
- Fully proficient in Figma or similar industry-leading software
- Experience with pattern libraries and design systems
- Ability to present concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members
- Experience with mobile applications, preferably B2C e-commerce properties with high traffic
- Experience using AI tools in design workflows to accelerate prototyping and design-to-code handoff
- An understanding of technologies used to create powerful interactive experiences (Swift / CSS / React) is preferred
- Understanding of grid systems, layout, typography and graphic design
- Experience with usability testing and report generation beneficial
