Job Summary
Senior Product Designer for Coupang Marketplace responsible for shaping the seller lifecycle experience, defining product requirements, roadmaps, KPIs, and collaborating with UX designers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive growth and customer adoption in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Lead the end-to-end product life cycle from inception to launch, identify opportunities to generate revenue by removing friction points in the seller and customer experience, and ensure alignment with the Voice of the Customer. Fluent collaboration with UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders to support business growth in the South Korea eCommerce context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management
