Job Summary
Senior Product Designer to lead high-impact work across LTK’s Brand and Creator platforms, spanning responsive web and native iOS experiences. Own end-to-end product surfaces from discovery through delivery, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, and fellow designers. Shape cohesive experiences across Brand and Creator surfaces, evolve the design system for scalable, system-first solutions, and leverage qualitative and quantitative signals (including AI-enabled workflows) to inform direction. Contribute to measurable business outcomes such as creator growth, brand adoption, engagement, and revenue, while translating business and customer needs into scalable workflows and patterns and influencing cross-functional partners with clear storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products with ownership of complex product areas or workflows end-to-end
- Proven experience shipping responsive web applications and native iOS products
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery and connection between design decisions and measurable outcomes
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data in outcome-driven environments
- Strong systems thinking and ability to create scalable patterns across surfaces
- High standards for interaction design, visual craft, accessibility, and cohesive user experiences
- Experience conducting or partnering on user research and using data to inform work
- Ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional partners in ambiguous environments
- Curiosity and experience leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and clarity
- Strong prioritization skills and sound judgment in fast-moving environments
