Job Summary
Senior Product Designer at LoopNet leads design across two development teams for Homepage, Search, and User Accounts, shaping AI-powered features such as conversational search and personalization. Responsibilities include strategy, user flows, prototyping, visual design, and contributing to the design system, with collaboration across product managers, engineers, data scientists, researchers, and marketing. The role emphasizes delivering intuitive, trustworthy experiences, user research (surveys, interviews, observations, data analysis), and driving design practices, including evolving patterns for AI interactions and improving usability and aesthetics. A portfolio of past work is required as part of the application, and the position is based in Arlington, VA, in-office Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in product design, human-computer interaction, usability and user interface design, and/or visual design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch and InVision
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience in an agile environment
- Portfolio of past projects
