Job Summary
Lead end-to-end design of complex enterprise risk workflows across the Risk Cloud® platform, navigating ambiguity from early hypothesis framing through final delivery. Craft multi-step, data-dense user journeys including dashboard analytics and AI-assisted interactions, while partnering with Product and Engineering to define problem statements and shape business outcomes. Execute qualitative and quantitative research sessions to synthesize insights influencing product direction, and contribute systematically to the design system by proposing new components and documenting patterns. Co-lead design critiques, facilitate process improvements, and provide mentorship to mid-level and junior designers.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer on complex B2B software or enterprise SaaS platforms
