Job Summary
Own end-to-end design across the Allergan Aesthetics software portfolio, from early concept to shipped feature. Support product discovery with your manager, prototype ideas using AI-assisted tools, and craft production-ready blueprints in Figma for engineering handoff. Design for both consumers and providers, run usability testing with research teams, and participate in design reviews with stakeholders across marketing, medical, legal, and regulatory functions. Contribute to the design system with scalable components and ensure quality implementation through visual QA.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio that shows strong craft in SaaS platforms or consumer mobile apps at scale
- Highly skilled in Figma, including auto-layout, components, variables, and prototyping
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code
- Skilled in mobile-first responsive web design
- Knowledge of iOS/Material Design patterns
- Knowledge of accessibility
- Knowledge of design systems
- Strong communication skills
- Experience taking an idea from 0 to 1
- Ability to bring clarity and a compelling vision to something new
- Ability to get context quickly in an unfamiliar space
- Ability to synthesize what matters
- Ability to figure out where to focus first
- Empathy for how consumers and aesthetic providers behave and feel
- Active participation in user research
- Ability to take feedback well
- Ability to give feedback thoughtfully
