Job Summary
Own design for the Learning and Analytics squad, helping students understand their strengths and weaknesses by directing study efforts toward the most effective materials. Partner with the Learning Team to optimize study resources and build internal tooling that enhances employee productivity. Translate complex analytics into simple, clear insights through effective data visualizations while leveraging AI to build non-deterministic prototypes and mockups. Deliver user-focused designs using Figma and contribute to design systems, communicating asynchronously via Slack and Loom. Work autonomously within a small squad of engineers and a Product Manager to ship features that support clinicians throughout their careers.
Required Qualifications
- Very strong visual skills in both product and brand design
- A knack for turning complex analytics into simple, clear insights and effective data visualisations
- Expertise in Figma and experience using and contributing to design systems
- Proven ability to tackle complex UX/UI challenges and ship user-focused designs
- Excellent async communication skills (Slack, Loom, etc.)
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Experience using AI to build prototypes and mock-ups
Desired Qualifications
- Experience shipping features that use AI
- Experience building data visualisations with D3
- Familiarity with Framer
- Basic familiarity with collaborating with engineers on Github
