Job Summary
Senior Product Designer at Justlife in Dubai, responsible for end-to-end product design across the GCC home-services marketplace. You will own experiences spanning payments, availability, assignment, CRM, and related flows, set design benchmarks through competitive studies, conduct user and crew interviews, and integrate AI into the design workflow to accelerate prototyping and shipping. The role emphasizes owning outcomes over screens, shipping at scale, and contributing to an AI-native product team with a strong focus on UI/UX craft, research-driven decisions, and measurable impact across a two-sided marketplace.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years as a Product Designer on consumer mobile, marketplace, or two-sided platform products
- Strong UI and UX craft with a portfolio showing ownership of high-impact surfaces and clear decisions/outcomes
- Benchmark-driven approach with evidence of studying industry leaders and raising the design bar
- Ground design in real user and crew insight with a demonstrated decision that changed based on research
- Demonstrable AI fluency with named AI tools and explicit steps in your workflow, showing impact on speed/output
