Job Summary
Senior Product Designer at Insurify responsible for shaping end-to-end design for consumer-facing insurance experiences. Lead research, strategy, prototyping, and testing across product experiences; define user needs via Jobs to Be Done, user journeys, IA, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure feasible, inspiring designs; communicate design rationale to engineering, commercial, and executive teams; stay current with UX trends and contribute to a global design team. Hybrid office in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a culture focused on autonomy, collaboration, and impactful design.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design (UI/UX, interaction, or visual)
- 2–3 years of experience working on consumer-facing products
- Proven ability to lead high-impact initiatives from concept to execution
- Strong motion or interaction design skillset
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of consumer experiences and ability to think strategically in complex systems
- Experience designing for monetization or advertising (bonus)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and experience contributing to and documenting within a design system
- Familiarity with user research and applying data to design decisions
- Professional proficiency in English and Bulgarian
