Senior Product Designer II, Professionals

Senior Product Designer II for the Professionals squad at Trust & Will, embedded in a high-autonomy, remote-first team that serves 15,000 wealth planning professionals and helps millions of families with estate plans. You will own complex, multi-sided design problems end-to-end—from research (interviews, behavioral data, market context) to shaping roadmaps with PMs, and delivering across web and mobile. You’ll bring a sophisticated visual design sensibility (typography, hierarchy, color, motion), influence product decisions, and design AI-powered features with caution and trust. You’ll contribute to design systems, extend patterns for scalability, and collaborate with engineers, PMs, and business stakeholders to build trust, clarity, and impact in a regulated, fintech-like space. This role offers remote-first work within multiple US states, salary range of $175k-$200k plus equity, flexible schedule, extensive benefits, and a commitment to inclusive, family-focused design.
