Job Summary
Own the UX for complex, high-stakes workflows end-to-end, from research and problem framing to final shipped screens. Deliver the full design process including user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, then defend your decisions with product, engineering, and customers. Extend and strengthen the design system to ensure consistency across the dashboard, while shipping measured designs that adapt based on usage data. Push the team on accessibility, edge cases, and unglamorous states to raise overall standards. Design AI-native products where agents and probabilistic outputs require new patterns for trust and control, using AI tools for research, copy, and rapid prototyping.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years designing and shipping real products inside a cross-functional team
- In-house experience (not agency-only)
- SaaS background
- Web app design experience
- AI-first experience in both senses (designing AI-native products and using AI for daily craft)
- Strong UX for technical or enterprise products
- Fluency in design tools, specifically Figma
- Strong communication skills to explain design decisions to engineers, PMs, and customers
