Job Summary
Design user-centered solutions for a large-scale internal CRM used daily by Sales, Customer Care, and support functions. Translate UX research insights into structured design directions, producing wireframes, high-def mockups, and prototypes aligned with complex business rules and legacy system constraints. Iterate on proposals based on user feedback and technical feasibility while making trade-offs between usability, operational constraints, and business objectives. Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and advocate design choices in a multicultural, agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Ergonomics, UX Design, or a related field
- significant experience working in complex B2E environments, designing internal tools balancing user needs with complex business processes
- fluent French and English, both spoken and written (international teams)
