Job Summary
Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive, connected experiences for parents, coaches, and players. Lead user research and translate findings into requirements, wireframes, and prototypes; drive design decisions balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Collaborate with PMs and engineers from discovery through delivery; evolve and maintain the shared design system; partner with marketing to ensure cohesive branding across digital experiences; manage multiple priorities and produce polished design work across web and mobile; showcase strong UX thinking and a portfolio demonstrating impact using Figma and modern prototyping tools.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years designing digital products with increasing scope
- Background in design, HCI, or equivalent experience
- Experience with web + mobile; bonus for both B2B and B2C
- A portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, creativity, and measurable impact
- Mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Ability to collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners
- Comfort discussing technical concepts and tradeoffs
