Job Summary
Own end-to-end UX for a specific product area from discovery through shipped feature, contributing to evolving the design system for consistency across the product. Drive core product metrics like conversion and task completion through improved UX in owned flows while supporting the design team's process and structure as it scales. Collaborate directly with PMs and engineers to move from problem statement to implementation, owning ambiguity and making decisions with limited guidance in a fast-moving startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- End-to-end product design craft: UX flows, interaction design, and polished UI, from discovery through implementation
- Comfortable owning ambiguity and driving decisions with limited guidance in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong collaboration with PMs and engineers — can work directly from problem statement to shipped feature
- Contributes to and helps evolve a design system/design language, not just uses one
- 3+ years in product design roles
- Experience in a scale-up/high-growth environment
