Job Summary
Senior Product Designer, Discovery Lifecycle at Tubi. You will own end-to-end product design for the Discovery Lifecycle, shaping how content is presented and personalized across Tubi’s platform. Collaborate with Research, ML, and Data Science to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and measure the impact of design decisions. Deliver both tactical and strategic design solutions, partner with cross-functional teams, and champion scalable design language across platforms. Role requires two days in the San Francisco office (hybrid work).
Required Qualifications
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design and prototyping skills
- Typically ~5 years of experience in building digital products
- Prior experience in delivering customer-centered experiences that impact millions of users
- Experience with experiment-driven product development: using data and research methodologies to understand needs, behaviors, and motivations; hypothesis validation; experiment diagnosis
- Ability to champion collaborative product-making and partnering with multiple teams across multiple organizations
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency with industry standard design tools like Figma, ProtoPie or equivalent apps
