Job Summary
Senior Product Designer at Deputy to shape the future of work for millions of shift workers worldwide. Lead strategic, user-centered design across the full design journey, collaborate with PMs and engineers, conduct deep user research, and drive a bold design vision for a SaaS platform used by frontline workers across multiple global hubs. Thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional squad, influence product strategy, and deliver pixel-perfect execution that simplifies and enriches the daily workflows of hourly workers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience
- 2+ years in lead or senior role in SaaS
- proven product designer with impactful software delivery
- ability to translate research into design decisions
- collaboration with product managers and engineers
- attention to detail and high-quality design
