Job Summary
Senior Product Designer to join the Customer Experience (CX) team at Depop. Responsibilities include: Craft Strategy and Vision—define and evolve the strategy for customer support aligned with Depop’s goals; Drive Vision-Aligned Design—create experiences that simplify and enhance Depop's customer support ecosystem (e.g., Help Centre, dispute resolution, reporting); Optimise In-App and Web Channels—synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to expand and refine the support experience; Develop Cross-Functional Collaboration—build tools and features that empower users and support agents; work with stakeholders to establish service design processes underpinning the user experience. Requirements include UX/UI design for Web, iOS and Android, end-to-end product design, proficiency with tools (Figma, Sketch, Protopie, Principle), and the ability to translate user research and data into design directives. Nice-to-have: service design methodologies, end-to-end journeys across channels, and strong visual design skills. Additional information covers health, wellbeing, leave, and benefits.
