Job Summary
Lead visual and functional digital design from concept to prototype, defining interfaces and crafting usable solutions for web and mobile applications. Rapidly produce multiple concepts while balancing pixel-perfect detail with low-fi sketches, and leverage data and user feedback to sharpen product instincts through hands-on research and A/B testing options. Monitor market trends and competition to adjust product strategy, ensuring designs align with evolving needs. Present work and document processes clearly within an agile development environment, creating products from scratch for scale-ups.
Required Qualifications
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills: you can explain and document your process, present your work and communicate your decisions
- Have taken a lead design role in building both web and mobile applications
- You have created a couple of products from scratch, and have experience in scale-ups
- Be highly skilled in the modern tools in making IA, wireframes, low and high-fi mockups, e.g. Sketch, Figma, prototyping tools, Miro etc.
- Some experience in user testing
- Be comfortable with agile development process
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Abstract is a plus
- To have experience with branding design (Logo design, Identity design) is also a plus
