Job Summary
Senior Product Designer to translate highly complex workflows into design solutions across discovery to delivery, collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success and other teams. Define problem statements and target user archetypes, leverage industry-standard tools like Figma and Claude to explore solutions, present work on varying scales within the company, gather feedback from internal SMEs and external users, and build on internal design practices to improve end-to-end processes. Experience in data-dense, technical products and familiarity with emerging technologies like AI tooling, along with Git workflows and DevOps culture, are nice-to-haves.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years hands-on Product Design experience
- experience working in a startup environment

- experience across discovery to delivery
- comfortable collaborating with product, engineering, customer success, and other teams
- receptive to feedback and agile in adjusting plans
