Job Summary
Simplify complex CRM and automation workflows by making sophisticated functionality feel obvious to sellers. Design experiences that handle triggers, conditions, and branching logic without exposing underlying machinery. Lead data visualization efforts to surface audience growth, customer health, and engagement metrics that are actionable. Think end-to-end across the full seller journey from lead interaction to long-term loyalty, ensuring seamless connections. Prototype motion and state for high-fidelity interactions with live data and complex UI states. Partner cross-functionally with PMs, Engineers, and Researchers to shape strategy and ship work, while championing quality design and scalable frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product design experience
- Portfolio showing complex systems (workflow tools, data-rich interfaces, or logic-heavy applications) made simple and human-centered
- Systems thinker
- Visual and information design expertise
- Figma expert
- Strong communicator
