Job Summary
End-to-end design of resident-facing products, leading user research, interaction and visual design, and content design, with prototyping, usability testing, MVP iteration, and public launch. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, policy teams, and legal counsel to translate complex rules into clear, accessible experiences. Contribute to a shared design system, maintain accessibility standards, and mentor future hires while shaping a fast-paced design culture for a 24/7 operation. Location: Brooklyn, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, human computer interaction, interactive media, digital and graphics design, data visualization, communication or a related field; or an associate degree with substantial experience; or equivalent
- four years of satisfactory full-time experience for the bachelor path; six years for the associate path; eight years for the extended senior path; or equivalent experience
- experience in design and related domains as described in the job posting
