Job Summary
Senior Product Designer responsible for defining and delivering holistic UX for CircleCI's developer-focused platform. Collaborate across product and engineering to translate complex technical flows into intuitive experiences, use data and user research to validate design decisions, mentor junior designers, and drive design processes for product areas. Must combine strong visual design with information architecture, prototyping, and collaboration with engineers to ship iterative experiments and improve the user journey for developers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS design experience for technical, developer, or enterprise products
- Proficiency with AI-assisted design and development tools
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and developer tooling; experience in CI/CD or adjacent DevOps spaces is strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated UX solutions to technical problems
- Experience with Lean UX methodologies
