Job Summary
Senior Product Designer at bonify responsible for end-to-end design of core product areas for web and mobile, developing scalable UX solutions, contributing to the design system in Figma (including components and tokens), and leveraging AI-assisted workflows. Collaborates closely with Product, Engineering and Data to deliver user-centered, impactful outcomes, guides UX experiments including A/B tests, supports product discovery and strategic product decisions, and strengthens design culture through knowledge sharing and feedback. Requires 4–6+ years in digital product design, proficiency in Figma and design systems, and strong communication across cross-functional teams; fluency in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years experience as Product/UX Designer in digital products (B2C)
- Strong knowledge of Figma and design systems (components, Auto Layout)
- Experience with design workflows, collaboration models, Design Ops or tools like Figma MCP is a plus
- Experience crafting user-centered digital products
- German (C1/C2 or native) and English (professional)
