Senior Product Designer to own and evolve the safety experience across Rider and Driver apps within Bolt's SafePass domain, driving design initiatives for market expansion and regulatory compliance. Turn complex requirements into intuitive experiences, collaborate with Rider/Driver teams and engineers, prototype quickly to test assumptions, ensure consistency across safety-related features, and mentor other designers to elevate design quality in a globally scaling mobility ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship and impactful design direction
- extensive experience in product design and cross-functional collaboration
- proficiency in Figma for UI, prototyping, system design, and collaborative discovery
- ability to communicate design decisions fluently in English and articulate through storytelling
- ability to drive fast iterations for short-term impact and define broader vision when needed
- experience mentoring and guiding other designers to elevate design quality
