Job Summary
Own end-to-end design for internal and operator-facing tools, transforming ambiguous business problems into clear direction and delivery-ready specs. Build systemic solutions by spotting recurring issues, setting success metrics, and tracking task time and adoption to let data drive decisions. Develop and scale a design system while presenting rationale to stakeholders and collaborating directly with engineers and product managers. Manage cross-functional relationships independently across Europe and India, shaping direction for other designers without formal authority.
