Job Summary
Senior Product Designer in Zalando's Partner Lifecycle Management, based in Helsinki, shaping end-to-end experiences for internal and partner-facing services. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to understand business context, define and lead solution design, build cohesive user journeys, and create assets and detailed specifications for developers. You’ll leverage user research, workshops, UX/UI design, and design systems to craft scalable designs, drive alignment with stakeholders, conduct design QA, and explore AI-powered opportunities to improve productivity, onboarding, logistics, planning, stock, safety, and compliance throughout the partner journey.
