Senior Product Designer - AI Experiences

Senior Product Designer to shape AI-powered experiences across Experian’s core products. You’ll work end-to-end from discovery through production, partnering with Product, Engineering, Research and senior stakeholders to design journeys that begin outside our owned surfaces and extend into our products. Bring structure to ambiguous problems, prototype with engineers, and design interactions that help users understand and act on non-deterministic outputs in a regulated environment. Contribute to design direction, establish patterns, improve consistency, and raise the quality of work across teams. Design end-to-end journeys across AI-assisted experiences, create prototypes to validate ideas, balance user needs with technical constraints and regulatory requirements, and apply a strong product and business lens. Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products within in-house cross-functional teams, a strong portfolio across interaction, visual design and prototyping, and experience using AI in design workflows with tools like Figma. Knowledge of designing for conversational and non-deterministic systems, plus an ethical approach to AI including trust and transparency.
