Job Summary
Design end-to-end user experiences for Bluebox, translating complex backend concepts like agent-to-agent interactions into intuitive developer journeys. Prototype designs, partner with engineers to ensure technical feasibility, and conduct user research to validate solutions against customer pain points. Work closely with product managers to foster empathy and align designs with business goals while leveraging AI-assisted coding tools. This role sits within Dynatrace's new agentic operations system, supporting developers in safely running and tracking AI-generated code.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience designing complex digital software products or highly technical B2B/SaaS systems
- Ability to build functional, interactive design solutions in code, using AI-assisted coding tools
- Ability to ask critical questions and collaborate with product managers to align designs with user needs and business goals
- Strong communication skills to mentor teams and advance collaborative processes across cross-functional partners
- Passion for solving complex problems and designing for highly technical users
- Portfolio link showing 1 or 2 complex projects aligned with Dynatrace's products
- Portfolio showcasing outcomes, challenges, business needs, role, responsibilities, strategies, and processes for digital software products and systems at the enterprise level, including B2B, SaaS, and desktop software projects
- Portfolio excluding mobile or B2C project examples
- Application materials in English
