Job Summary
Senior Product Delivery Associate in Open Source Governance within Engineering Platforms and Services (ESP) under the Office of CTO. Responsible for enabling stable and scalable delivery of products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting change management, raising blockers, fulfilling open source consultation requests for internal and external developer customers, driving OSS roadmap and OKRs with ESP leadership, improving the open source contribution process, identifying KPIs and metrics for OSS consumption and contribution, and leveraging tooling (CI/CD, GitHub) to support governance and product development.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Understands the fundamentals of open source including licensing, contributions, maintainers, and GitHub
- Good organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to foster partnerships across lines of business to achieve goals
- Able to achieve quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment requiring flexibility / adaptability to changeable directives
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentations skills targeting various stakeholders
