Job Summary
Senior Product Delivery Associate in Offers & Shopping governance, responsible for translating strategy into action by planning, coordinating, and delivering initiatives that improve customer experience and strengthen controls. Lead end-to-end investigation, triage, and remediation of statement credit inquiries and production issues, identify patterns with data, and drive cross-functional remediation. Convert business strategies into actionable roadmaps and OKRs, align work to customer impact, risk, and business value, and oversee implementations to meet SLAs. Requires collaboration across product, operations, and technology; proficiency with relational databases and backend languages (SQL, Java, Python, Node.js); prior experience in credit card/payments environments is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in platform engineering
- Strong proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Experience in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js)
