Job Summary
Senior Product Delivery Associate to lead and coordinate delivery of HR learning and performance products. Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and data specialists to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery, manage risks, maintain stakeholder alignment, track performance metrics, and drive process improvements. Leverage cross-functional collaboration and change-management efforts to maximize value for the Employee Development and Progression Team; contribute to strategic objectives and adoption of new solutions within JPMorgan Chase. Located in Jersey City, NJ (onsite) with a focus on delivering HR product initiatives and leveraging AI/LLM efficiencies to enhance employee development trajectories.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, Product Management or related field
- Proven experience in project management within HR or employee development
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee development strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
