Job Summary
Senior Product Delivery Associate in Business Banking Lending responsible for enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Collaborates with the Product Owner to execute delivery tasks, breaks down solutions into deliverable components, sequences the backlog, coordinates end-to-end readiness, leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracks defects, and ensures acceptance criteria and business sign-offs. Develops product development knowledge, emphasizes agile delivery, test planning, and defect tracking, with strong collaboration and documentation focus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, product delivery, testing/QA, or a relevant domain area.
- Hands-on experience in story refinement, backlog sequencing, and UAT.
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
- Experience in product deployment processes.
