Job Summary
Senior Product Delivery Associate in the Approvals product team within the Chief Administrative Office. Focus on delivering end-to-end delivery and integration of the Approvals application across web, mobile, and digital assistant channels, supporting ~140 application partners, 250,000+ users, and 13 million requests annually. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end integration program, onboarding new applications, communicating changes to partners, gathering business requirements, translating them into actionable features, collaborating with design and engineering to manage the product lifecycle, driving product innovation and user experience consistency, and monitoring performance and user feedback to identify improvements. Required qualifications include 3+ years in product management or related fields, understanding of the product development lifecycle, experience with operational management and change readiness, data analytics proficiency, and cross-functional partnership. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with new technologies, Jira/Confluence, Figma, APIs/REST/JSON, and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Databricks, Tableau, SQL). The role emphasizes omni-channel servicing for a large employee-facing approvals tool and alignment with firm standards for a unified user experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated understanding of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, UX design and code refresh
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Proficiency in data analytics and data literacy
- Experience in performing functional validation of product features in both testing and production environments
- Ability to successfully partner cross-functionally across teams

- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Databricks, Tableau, Business Objects, SQL, and other data analysis tools
- Experience in product deployment processes through alpha, beta, and general availability release phases
