Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end product data analysis across engineering, dashboards, and predictive models to support user growth and strategy. Analyze PB-scale volumes of behavioral and transactional data using proprietary tools, then design and evaluate A/B experiments from hypothesis formulation to statistical analysis. Define core product metrics hierarchies, set OKR targets, and translate complex findings into actionable visualizations for product and executive teams. Requires a quantitative degree, 3+ years in product analytics, and bilingual Chinese/English skills. Located in a fast-paced environment with critical time-to-market demands.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Data Science
- At least 3 years of full-time work experience in a Product Analytics or Data Science role
- Rich product strategy analysis experience, especially in user growth, conversion optimization, or recommendation systems
- A natural curiosity to identify, investigate and explain trends and patterns in data, and an ability to break down complex concepts and technical findings into clear, simple language
- Bilingual in Chinese and English (both written and verbal communication)
- Competency in two or more of the following: SQL (Hive/SparkSQL) with large-scale data warehouse experience, A data visualization tool (e.g. DataWind, Tableau, PowerBI), Programming for data analysis and automation (e.g. Python, R), Workflow orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with A/B testing platforms and statistical experiment design
- A passion for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain, Machine Learning and AI
- Experience in crypto/fintech or high-growth consumer products
- Experience with personalization/recommendation systems analytics
- Familiarity with event tracking systems (e.g. Sensors, Mixpanel)
- Experience building metrics dictionaries or data governance frameworks
- Experience mentoring junior analysts
