Job Summary

Monitor new product regulations across markets and flag impacted items before deadline crises. Translate regulatory requirements into clear directives for Buying, Quality, Product Development, and suppliers. Own certifications, regulatory reporting, and timber due diligence from paperwork to lab coordination and final sign-off. Build and maintain SOPs, checklists, and registers to systematize compliance. Maintain a live register of licenses and deadlines. Run compliance training for internal teams and suppliers while leading responses to audits and customs requests. Develop a compliance database and dashboard using AI tools to cut manual work and provide real-time visibility.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or supplier quality
  • A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience managing product certifications, regulatory documentation, or due diligence processes
  • Direct experience working with suppliers, laboratories, certification bodies, or regulators

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in furniture, homeware, electrical products, textiles, or consumer goods
