Job Summary
Senior Product Compliance Manager responsible for Wise's US/Canada regulatory compliance program for North America products, overseeing risk assessment, implementing controls, and managing bank-partner engagements. Requires deep regulatory experience in cross-border payments, ability to develop and communicate KRIs, and collaboration with product/engineering teams to ensure compliant product launches. Strong analytical skills to interpret regulations (Reg E, UDAAP, CCPA, GLBA and state privacy/consumer laws), plus willingness to travel and work in a multi-country environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance
- Experience with cross-border payments (US and Canada)
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory frameworks
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to develop regulatory compliance controls
- Willingness to travel to Wise offices across different countries
- Legally authorized to work in the US
