Senior Product Compliance Engineer (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Lead compliance activities for global product certification and regulatory alignment. Coordinate EU directives compliance, oversee certifications and safety tests with external bodies, provide technical guidance on EN/IEC standards to engineering, production, and test teams, and lead internal training on compliance topics. Actively participate in standardization committees representing the company and manage external compliance issues while driving continuous improvement of internal processes. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, travel, and contributing to product safety, market access, and organizational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferably Electrical Engineering) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in electronics is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of EU product legislation and regulatory requirements
- Experience in product development, testing, or related fields are desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
