Senior Product Associate in Validation Services within JPM Payments, collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities through user research, market analysis, and stakeholder alignment. Responsible for managing product pipeline, onboarding processes, pilot programs, and commercialization, while tracking KPIs and developing requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development across the US and priority global markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent in product management or a relevant domain
- Experience in product development and working with technology teams
- Proven experience in partnership management and client facing
- Client first approach, ownership mindset, and strong PnL focus
- Strong regulatory and controls mindset to execute on deliverables leveraging internal processes
- Experience in working with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient with API driven product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
