Job Summary
Senior Product Associate in Talent Attraction and Awareness driving end-to-end product lifecycle, voice of the customer, and scalable, high-quality product launches. Responsibilities include developing product strategy and vision, leading discovery and market research, managing the backlog, defining success metrics, collaborating with engineering/design/marketing/sales, advocating for customer needs, planning launches, delivering exceptional client experiences, and sourcing/identifying talent while promoting employer branding and managing talent pools.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent in product management or relevant domain
