Job Summary
Senior Product Associate within the Service Product Group of Community & Consumer Bank (CCB) collaborates with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery, writes requirements, epics, and user stories, analyzes product metrics across the development lifecycle, informs the strategic roadmap with market and user insights, manages the product backlog with the Product Owner and Scrum Master for sprint planning, and communicates complex requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role emphasizes building end-to-end understanding of the business, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and delivering value through feature development while supporting growth and career mobility. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Ability to assimilate information and learn new applications and processes
- Expertise in business requirements writing and communication
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and present findings to stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation
