Job Summary
Senior Product Associate, Rewards role focused on planning, sequencing and implementing Rewards features, driving cross-functional collaboration across Product, Design, Data and Technology to optimize the Rewards roadmap and maximize business value. Responsibilities include developing executive-level materials for reviews, partnering with stakeholders to achieve cross-functional alignment, managing risk and controls in product delivery, and communicating product needs and progress to leadership. Requires Agile program management experience, ability to operate in fast-paced environments, and a Bachelor’s degree.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of product management, program management, product strategy or relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
- JIRA, Confluence Tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and make decisions quickly
