Job Summary
Senior Product Analyst/Feature Lead for Collections and Recovery responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap across multiple products and lines of business. Manages area product backlogs, aligns development efforts with product priorities, prioritizes production support issues, and partners with agility and engineering leads to establish norms. Works with Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Controls and across stakeholders to deliver end-to-end journeys that address customer needs in financial hardship through omni-channel interactions and data-driven insights. Leads development teams and collaborates with the Collections Applications Support team to enable effective issue resolution. Requires strong communication, organization, and ability to engage right people when needed, while operating within the product ownership model and governance policies. Emphasizes customer-first behavior, simple solutions, rapid decision-making, diverse ideas, and a collaborative team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Senior/leadership experience in product analytics or product management
- Experience defining and executing product roadmaps
- Ability to manage/backlog prioritization across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Controls
- Experience with agile practices and product ownership model
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Support
- Focus on delivering value to customers facing financial hardship
- Data-driven decision making and governance awareness
