Job Summary

Senior Product Associate – Payment Processing responsibilities include defining and delivering Card Present and Card Not Present product capabilities across in-store and digital commerce journeys; translating user research and merchant pain points into clear requirements, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria; driving adoption of network tokenization and 3D Secure 2 to improve authorization rates and reduce fraud; coordinating fraud screening and decisioning features; planning upstream/downstream impacts on authorization routing, declines, chargebacks, and reconciliation; monitoring key payment metrics (approval rates, latency, declines, fraud ratios, conversion); collaborating with networks and partners to support changes, certification needs, and compliance; working with risk, compliance, and legal to adhere to PCI-DSS/PSD2; supporting settlement currencies and funding flows for launches; optimizing interchange and cost-to-serve; communicating trade-offs, launch plans, and results to stakeholders with clear documentation; and applying 3+ years of product management or strategy experience with a strong understanding of card payment ecosystems, PCI-DSS requirements, and cross-functional collaboration.
