Job Summary
Senior Product Associate in Corporate & Investment Banking Planning & Analysis Data Transformation and Innovation. You will partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery, plan downstream implications of features, support data-driven roadmap development, analyze product metrics, and write requirements (epics and user stories) to support product development. You will design and deliver data- and AI-enabled capabilities, translate user needs into scalable solutions, and collaborate across business, technology, and data teams to improve data consumption and drive informed decision-making. You will conduct user interviews, prioritize needs, test ideas, and communicate findings; develop data strategy emphasizing reporting, analytics, and planning modernization; and present technical information to senior stakeholders, including understanding financial data models and applying them to data requirements and acceptance criteria. You will work with multi-agentic workflows, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI orchestration patterns to drive intelligent automation and decision support, and translate complex financial data into clear product requirements and testable acceptance criteria. Requirements include strong product lifecycle knowledge, discovery and requirements definition experience, data analytics literacy, and excellent communication. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Databricks), BI tools, SQL, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts for product development are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Excellent communication skills, effectively conveying complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to formulate product strategy, maintain a roadmap, and manage a backlog with clear prioritization rationale
- Strong understanding of data models and BI tools
- Financial services industry domain expertise, with comfort operating in complex, highly governed environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics)
