Job Summary
Senior Product Associate in Home Lending responsible for helping shape data product opportunities through user research, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key duties include partnering with Product Manager to identify opportunities, evaluating upstream/downstream implications of new features, supporting user research and journey mapping to inform the data product roadmap, and writing clear requirements, epics, and user stories to support development. Requires a strong foundation in product lifecycle activities, data analytics literacy, and the ability to communicate findings and strategic insights to stakeholders. Familiarity with data analytics tools, financial/home lending products, and a proven track record of driving business impact in fast-paced environments is a plus. Authorized to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not offered.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area, with overall experience of at least 8+ years
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
