Job Summary
Senior Product Associate in the Operations Fulfillment and Archive Services group contributes to product development and optimization through user research, metrics analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You will write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development, collaborate with Engineering to balance business delivery and technology enablement, and help manage the product life cycle from planning to future development while adapting and developing new products and methodologies. The role emphasizes leveraging user research, journey mapping, market analysis, and data analytics to inform the strategic roadmap and identify valuable product features; experience with AI tools to streamline and automate processes is also required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience in using AI tools to streamline and automate processes
- Ability to manage complex projects, inquiries, etc.
