Senior Product Associate, Fraud - Trust & Security

Job Summary
Senior Product Associate in Trust & Security to shape fraud-data ecosystem solutions. You will partner with Fraud Product Owners and strategists to gather data requirements, write epics and user stories with acceptance criteria, and collaborate with technology partners to deliver capabilities that advance fraud protection. You’ll create test plans, conduct user acceptance testing, track defects, analyze product metrics, and support data governance and risk controls while contributing to roadmaps and senior-level decision-making. This role requires a balance of business and technical skills, leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and clear guidance to product teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience with creating test plans, conducting user acceptance testing, and tracking defects
- Ability to elicit accurate functional and technical requirements and document user epics and stories with supporting acceptance criteria
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and technology partners to inform strategic product roadmap and feature ideas
- Experience with fraud and digital payments products (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication with leadership and varied audiences
