Job Summary
Support the product team in defining, prioritizing, and delivering product features by gathering business requirements, user needs, and feedback. Help write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications while working closely with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Assist in managing the backlog, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Analyze product performance using data and insights, conduct competitor research, and support user testing and release planning. Ensure documentation stays current and communicate progress clearly to internal teams. Requires 1–2 years of experience in product or business analysis roles with familiarity with Agile environments and tools like Jira or Confluence.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a product, project, business analysis, operations, support, or similar role
- Strong interest in product management and digital products
- Good understanding of how software products are built and delivered
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable gathering requirements and translating them into clear documentation
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within a product career
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma, or similar is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
- Experience working with data, reports, or dashboards
- Exposure to customer-facing systems, e-commerce, SaaS, or operational platforms
- Basic SQL or analytics knowledge is a bonus
