Senior Product Associate, Data Sharing - Open Banking

Job Summary
Lead product development lifecycle from concept to launch for Open Banking data-sharing features; oversee the product backlog to drive value for customers and stakeholders; write initiatives, epics, and stories in JIRA, collaborating with product, engineering, design, data, architecture, and stakeholder teams; partner with engineering leads to oversee development cycles and sprint planning; manage relationships across Chase to discover customer needs and design solutions; document customer journeys and technical solutions; drive testing and validation across feature delivery; promote diversity and inclusion; act as a strategic partner across the team; five days in the office (Mon-Fri) in New York, NY; requires BA/BS degree or relevant experience; emphasis on APIs, API authentication/ IAM/OAUTH/OpenID Connect; regulated product experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital product management or relevant experience
- Minimum BA/BS degree or relevant experience
- Experience with APIs, API-based products, IAM, OAUTH, OpenID Connect
- Ability to map customer journeys and business processes
- Experience with agile product development techniques
- Experience in defining and building out product roadmap
- Structured and strategic thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
- Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
- Demonstrable experience working on a regulated product or feature set
- Strong written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills
- Experience with open banking and data sharing APIs (a plus)
- Experience in working with standard bodies, creating and managing lifecycle of change requests
- Good understanding of User consent, OAUTH flows
- Good understanding of relevant regulatory rules and provisions
- Good understanding of Open banking related regulatory rules and provisions
- Good understanding of Fintech API offerings in the Open Banking / Open Finance space
