Job Summary
Senior Product Associate responsible for owning the planning, build, maintenance, and delivery of product features across SharePoint Online and OneDrive. Drive execution through a traditional release lifecycle with clearly defined, tested, and production-ready features. Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders across lines of business. Present updates to stakeholders and senior leadership on roadmaps, delivery status, risks, and dependencies. Manage high demand from a many-to-one user-to-product relationship. Apply capacity management and prioritization to maximize impact. Maintain structured execution using JIRA and collaborate with product engineering through frequent sessions. Leverage AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to manage workload and improve delivery outcomes. Apply creative problem-solving at enterprise scale and identify opportunities to automate and modernize internal processes and product experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in M365 product management, specializing in SharePoint Online and OneDrive
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Copilot, and legacy Network Shared Drives, including content migration, coexistence, and user adoption considerations
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple lines of business, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Strong familiarity with JIRA or similar tooling for backlog management, release tracking, and delivery transparency
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Demonstrated success managing product roadmaps, delivery plans, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Preferred qualifications: 5+ years in enterprise product management or platform ownership within Microsoft 365, with depth in SharePoint Online and OneDrive at scale
- Experience supporting large, complex user populations (100k+ users) with high request volume and competing priorities
- Proven ability to partner closely with engineering teams to define, refine, test, and deliver features through a structured release lifecycle
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation, self-service, and modernization to reduce operational burden and improve user experience
